We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about our return process and refunds.

Would you like to exchange or return a product? Simply follow these 5 steps.

Not completely satisfied with your order? You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five business days.

To initiate a return, simply contact us through support@avionshoes.com. Please get in touch so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Return in five simple steps:

Step 1: Complete the return form below
Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Register your return
Please contact us through support@avionshoes.com and attach the completed return form. This helps us process your request correctly. You will then receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), which allows us to identify your return internally.

Step 3: Return your order
Send the items together with the completed return form. Please ensure your return shipment includes a track & trace code and has been registered in advance. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and this helps us avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 4: Send an email with the tracking code
Please submit your tracking code via support@avionshoes.com. This lets us know you are returning your order and enables us to track the parcel.

Step 5: Receive your refund
Once your parcel has been received and inspected, we will ensure that the order amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.


Timeframe

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Please contact our customer service via support@avionshoes.com within this period to arrange your return.
  • The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once your return request has been approved, please ensure the item is dispatched within 7 days.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used.


Return conditions

  • Returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.
  • The product must not have been used and should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Please ensure that the return is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Returns must be sent to the international warehouse at the following address:
    Recipient: Tian, Yiwu Luxin Trading Co. Ltd., 4th Floor, Building 1, No. 300, Wenchuang Road, Huangzhai Town, Pujiang County, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, 322200, China.  
  • The return must include a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) issued by Avion.
  • Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier and the weight of the parcel. In most cases, the return cost ranges between £25 and £40. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Not collected from pickup point
If your order is delivered to a pickup point because no one was available at the delivery address, you are responsible for collecting the parcel on time. If the parcel is not collected and is therefore automatically returned to the international warehouse, your order will be cancelled. In this case, you will receive a refund for the products once the returned parcel has been received and processed by the international warehouse.


Responsibility

  • We do not accept responsibility for any delays or damage that may occur during the return shipment.
  • We recommend inspecting the parcel within 24 hours of delivery and contacting us without delay if you notice any issues.
