We accept all major credit and debit cards, Klarna and other secure payment options. You can simply choose the method that feels most comfortable for you at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still missing, please contact us - we will be happy to assist you.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We work quickly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make changes or cancel it. Once your order has been sent, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly update the address for you. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help.

Oh dear! Please check your tracking information first - your order may have been sent in more than one parcel. If something still seems to be missing, let us know and we will sort it out for you.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days.
Please email support@avionshoes.com to request a return.
Items should be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
If you would like a refund, the return postage is at your own cost and is not reimbursed.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 working days, depending on the destination.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment, we only ship within Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver there yet - but we are working on expanding soon.
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING ORDERS?
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used depends on your location and will be shown in your shipping confirmation.

At Avion, each design follows the natural shape of your foot to prevent pressure points. Not sure about your size? Start with your usual one and pay attention to the level of support and stability when trying them on.

No, orthopaedic shoes are not only for people with foot problems. Avion shoes are also ideal for those who walk a lot, stand for long periods or simply want extra comfort and support - even without medical issues. They help prevent discomfort and promote healthy, stable steps.
HOW CAN I BEST CLEAN MY ORTHOPAEDIC SHOES?
Clean your orthopaedic shoes from Avion with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and a mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh cleaning products and never put them in the washing machine. Let them air dry - away from direct heat or sunlight - to maintain their shape and quality.
