What will you do? 
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll assist them with questions about our products, support them with their orders, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You listen carefully and think in solutions, making sure every customer feels heard and well taken care of.

Job vacancy: Community Manager & Experience Advisor (Part-time/Full-time)

What will you do?
As a Community Manager & Experience Advisor, you act as the link between Avion and our customers. You engage with our community through social media, email and events. You collect feedback about our products and translate it into actionable insights for our team. You also support customers seeking personal advice and help them find the solutions that best fit their needs.

What are we looking for?

  • You understand the needs of our target audience, particularly in areas such as mobility, support and comfort.
  • You have strong communication skills and a natural sense of empathy.
  • You have experience managing social media and building an online community.
  • You’re a creative thinker who enjoys finding new ways to better support our customers.
  • Basic knowledge of health and wellbeing is an advantage.
